Terms of business of the company Interdent proizvodnja in trgovina d.o.o. are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia

The wholesale and online store is managed by the company Interdent d.o.o., Opekarniška cesta 26, 3000 Celje (hereinafter referred to as the "provider"). You can read more about the store and the company here.

The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the store and online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. By placing an order, the user is acquainted with the general terms and conditions, personal data protection and legal notice. The buyer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase or placing an online order. When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his / her acquaintance with them by placing an order.


Types of users
By confirming registration in the Interdent online store via e-mail, the visitor becomes a member of the Interdent online store. As a member of the store, the user acquires the right to purchase in the Interdent online store.

The visitor can register as a member of the Interdent store online. Registration is mandatory before the online store purchase process.

Upon registration in the online store as a member, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, and a password. The username and password of the member of the Interdent online store are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered data.

The user confirms his identification by clicking on the link in the received e-mail. The registration must then be confirmed by the administrator of the online store for the user to be granted access to the online store. When the registration is complete, the user receives an email notification.

If a user wishes to change their email address or password at any time later, they can do so in their online user profile. They can also edit the delivery address here. The user cannot edit the payer's data in the online profile, but for this he must contact the store administrator via e-mail: s.rozman@interdent.cc

Purchase of items in the wholesale store (by phone or agent) is possible without registration in the online store Interdent.

 

Availability of information

The Interdent undertakes to provide the customer with the following information before it is bound by the contract or offer:
  • information about Interdent d.o.o. (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
  • contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
  • essential product characteristics (including after-sales services and warranties),
  • availability of items (each item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
  • terms of delivery of items (and method, place and deadline of delivery),
  • prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously set and must show clearly whether they already include taxes and transport costs and other charges,
  • method of payment and delivery,
  • time validity of the offer,
  • deadline within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal (description of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43 of ZVPot; in cases where the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43 of ZVPot, he is explicitly informed),
  • an explanation of the complaint procedure, including any details of the contact person or customer service.

 

Product Offer

Offer on the online store Interdent d.o.o. may in certain cases change on a daily basis due to the nature of the business. All prices are final unless expressly stated otherwise. Interden d.o.o. is a taxpayer, all prices also include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with the payment methods listed below, under the stated conditions.

Promotions 

Discounts do not add up, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion. One promotional code can be used for each purchase. Free postage does not apply to the purchase of items on sale - unless otherwise specified. It is also not possible to apply a promotional code for items that have already been discounted to further reduce the price of the items or the final price in the cart.

The price on the Interdent online store is shown as the Regular Price. Each special price is marked separately.

Weekly promotion

The weekly promotion is a specially reduced price of an item that is valid for a period of 8 days (from the announcement on Monday to Sunday until 23:59) for certain items that are marked with a discount. Next to the item, there is a percentage of reduction compared to the Regular Price and a weekly promotion - the price that is valid for 1 week.

Promotion labels

An item marked "Novelty" is a newly added item to the Interdent offer. It will be exposed with this label for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 2 months.

An item marked "Sale" has an additional reduced price compared to the regular price valid until the stock lasts. The percentage of reduction is stated next to the item.

An item marked "Excellent price" allows the buyer to purchase the item at a particularly favorable price compared to the regular price.

An item marked "Recommended" are products with special characteristics or are very popular and/or have an excellent price. The recommendation, intended for a wider circle of customers, does not take into account the needs and characteristics of an individual customer, so the purchase decision must be made by each customer and Interdent does not assume any responsibility for it.

An item marked "Last piece" is the last piece of this item on stock in the Interdent warehouse, which enables immediate delivery of the item or. purchase at a better price.

 

Discounts and discount codes

If Interdent d.o.o. prepares campaigns for customers with a special price or a code for using the discount, the campaigns are mutually exclusive, unless otherwise stated. Promotions and discount codes apply to items distributed by Interdent d.o.o., unless otherwise stated. We are the official distributor of the brands Vita, Medit, Exocad, Formlabs, Renfert, W&H, Sirona, 3M espe, GC, Becht, Zhermack, VDW, VOCO, SDI

Image material and graphics

Photographs, images or recordings published as part of the offers are the property of Interdent d.o.o. or its suppliers, business partners, or are merely symbolic and do not provide the exact characteristics of the product or service and may represent a symbolic or actual service, offer, company or goods or sales campaign. Although the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the items sold, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. The photos do not guarantee the properties of the product.

Registration procedure

Every user of Interdent d.o.o. online store can place an order exclusively as a registered user. The registration process is easy and fast. By logging in to the website, you create your account, through which you can edit your data, delivery addresses, view order statuses, track and edit them.

The username consists of the email address you enter. You will then receive a confirmation email to confirm your identity. The registration process is completed when the administrator confirms your application, you will also be notified about this step on the e-mail address entered when registering.

Security of purchase

When registering at Interdent d.o.o. data are collected on the basis of the personal consent of the individual under the Personal Data Protection Act. Interdent d.o.o. undertakes to store this data carefully and securely for the purpose of smooth execution of orders or personalized composition of the offer, statistical analysis and for the purpose of improving the operation of the online store and services. The e-newsletter also includes an exclusive offer, which is intended only for registered subscribers.

Order

Interdent d.o.o. acts as a company that offers goods or services over the Internet.

The purchase contract between the provider and the customer is concluded on the Interdent online store at the moment when the provider sends the first email about the status of your order (with the title: confirmation of your order). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer. The customer is a person with the data as stated when placing the order. Generaly it is not possible to change customer data at a later date.

The sales contract (i.e. the first email about order status) is stored electronically on the Interdent server.

The buyer pays the amount to Interdent d.o.o. The company operates in the European Union, we send products to the European Union. The package also contains a printed invoice, which the customer also receives at the entered e-mail address in the order process.

Payment Method

The provider allows the following methods of payment:

  • Proforma invoice (payment by proforma invoice - bank transfer). If you decide to pay by proforma invoice, you will receive a proforma invoice by e-mail. When the payment is completed, you will receive the ordered goods. If the proforma invoice is only partially paid, the goods remain the property of Interdent d.o.o. until the proforma invoice is paid completely.
  • Invoice (payment of the issued invoice - transfer to the bank account with the payment deadline). We enable legal entities to pay via an invoice within a predetermined period of time with a pre-agreed payment deadline. You will receive the invoice after receiving the ordered material. In case the invoice is due, the client receives the 1st reminder within 5-7 days, which, in case of non-settlement, is followed by the 2nd reminder and finally, as a last resort, a reminder before execution and execution. In the case of the first and second overdue reminders, the costs of the overdue notice are charged in the amount of 20 euros, and in the case of a pre-execution overdue notice 40 euros. In the event of outstanding liabilities by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest.
  • Credit Card
Invoice
After the delivery the provider sends the invoice in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address. In the case of a telephone order, the customer receives a printed invoice for the purchased items by mail or email.

The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase.

The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.

Prices
All product prices are in euros (€) and already include VAT (22% or 9.5%), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods, under the above conditions.

Despite extraordinary efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

The purchase contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Delivery
Sales accept wholesale orders from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Online orders are possible 24 hours a day. All orders received on a working day until 3.30 pm will be sent out on the same day, orders placed after 3.30 pm will be sent out on the next working day

In the event that the product is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in accordance with the delivery time of the goods by the manufacturer. The bidder will deliver the goods within the agreed time.

Delivery costs
The delivery cost depends on the weight of the ordered goods and is charged according to the valid price list of the courier or at least € 5.00 for purchase values ​​up to € 100.00 without VAT. Delivery of packages over € 100.00 is free of charge.

The stated shipping costs are valid in EU.

Communication

The provider will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object.

Advertising emails will contain the following components:

  • will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,
  • the sender will be clearly visible,
  • Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. The conditions for participation in them will also be clearly defined,
  • the method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented,
  • The user's wish not to receive advertising messages will be strictly respected by the provider.

The user will be able to subscribe to receive e-news and unsubscribe from receiving in an easy way. Notices include information on current or future offers, promotion of Interdent d.o.o. and other advertising messages of Interdent d.o.o. or his partners. It is considered that personal consent is required to receive notifications, and receipt is not possible unless the user indicates this during registration or does not otherwise sign up to receive it.

 

Purchase notification process
1. Order confirmation

After placing the order, the customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. The member of the Interdent web shop always has the access to comprehensive information about the status and content of their order. The provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider may call the customer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. When delivering items that are not on stock in the provider`s warehouse, provider is exclusively bound to the delivery times by its supplier. The provider informs the customer via e-mail about up-to-date information regarding the delivery dates. If the customer does not agree with prolonged delivery dates, he is entitled to a refund. If the order contains various items, the customer can decide for a partial delivery or a full order cancellation. If the provider does not get an availability confirmation from the supplier within three months since the order has been placed, the provider may cancel the customer's order on the grounds that the item is not available. The customer's order expires on the day of cancelation. The provider does not take any responsibility for damage that would occur due to prolonged delivery dates or non-delivery of items that he does not have in stock in its own warehouse.

2. The order has been shipped / The order is ready for pick-up
The provider dispatches or prepares the order for the pick-up within the agreed deadline and notifies the customer by e-mail or phone. The provider also informs the customer about the withdrawal policy, and where to address order delays or other complaints.

If the customer decides to cancel the order in time, he must immediately notify the provider by phone 03 42 56 200 or by e-mail info@interdent.cc. If the order has already been shipped, the customer rejects the shipment to the delivery service. In case of personal pick-up the customer cancellation also must be done on time on the above contact information.

The right to withdraw
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the customer has the right to inform the provider within 14 days that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. Within these 14 days, the customer must notify the provider in orally or in writing by e-mail: info@interdent.cc or to the same contact number where the order was previously placed. The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The customer must return the goods in the original packaging, undamaged and in unaltered quantity, the product must not show visible signs of use. The return address is Interdent d.o.o., Dol 1a, 3342 Gornji Grad. We recommend that you to use a delivery service that allows tracking of the shipment. The goods must be properly prepared for transport (you can use the original packaging or other appropriate safe packaging). Any return costs are borne by the customer. We do not accept redemption shipments.

Upon return, the customer may request a refund as a credit note or returning funds on their bank account, within 30 days after the withdrawal from the contract and/or receiving the goods in the warehouse. In the web shop, we also offer a product replacement. In this case, the customer covers the costs of returning and shipping the replacement goods.

The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract in if the subject of the contract is an article manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions, tailored to his personal needs, ordered exclusively for the customer and is not a part of the regular sales range or if the product is not suitable for a return as it is perishable or has expired.

Warranty

Items have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid following the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of the invoice. Warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the invoice.

Warranty information is also provided on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the customer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.

Complaint

The customer may complain about the goods if the goods do not have the properties explicitly promised by the provider, if the provider sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise deviate from the customer's order.

The customer can complain about the goods within 8 days of purchase and request an immediate replacement for the same, faultless item or within the statutory period and under the conditions for making a complaint due to a material defect.

In the event of a complaint, the customer may, in accordance with legal restrictions, request the replacement of the item, its repair or a refund. In the latter case, the provider reserves the right to charge rent for the time the buyer used the goods according to the valid price list, but not more than the amount by which the market value of the item has decreased during use and use.

The customer can return the goods that are subject of the complaint by bringing them personally or return them to provider`s sales representatives by prior agreement or return them by post on their expense.

Return of damaged goods
In case the package is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. This should be done immediately upon delivery or by bringing the package to the nearest delivery service in the same condition as it was received (without adding or removing anything) and filling in the complaint form which must be sent to the provider who will ensure the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
  • Complaints will not be considered in the following cases:
  • damaged shipments without courier complaint form
  • damage caused by mechanical shocks through the fault of the customer or a third party,
  • if the customer handles the product unprofessionally and negligently,
  • non-compliance with the instructions for use,
  • repair of the appliance by unauthorized persons,
  • installation of non-original components,
  • if the failure is due to lightning or other forms of force majeure,
  • incorrect connections, voltage too low or too high.
Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the customer.

The provider keeps the following data of registered members of the Interdent web shop indefinitely: name and surname, company name, e-mail address, contact phone number, address of the company and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with the provider.

The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.

Under no circumstances will the customer's data be passed on to unauthorized persons.

The customer is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his e-mail address, username and password and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his computer.

Disclaimer
The provider makes every effort to ensure the up-to-date and accurate information published on its website. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, their appearance, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.

Although the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the items sold, all photographs must be taken as symbolic. The photos do not guarantee the properties of the product.

1. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA

If you are only visiting the Interdent website, data is only collected by using cookies. If you are a user/buyer of the company's services/products (for example, if you apply for education, make an online purchase, purchase via phone, etc.), we shall also collect other personal data that is necessary for the operation. All the transmitted personal data is treated confidentially and is used solely for the purpose for which they have been transmitted. Interdent has a serious approach to data security. We use an appropriate level of protection and we have established reasonable physical, electronic and administrative measures, through which we protect the collected data from unintentional or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access to the data that have been transferred, stored or otherwise processed. Our information protection regulations and procedures are closely linked to widely adopted international standards and are regularly reviewed and, if necessary, updated in order to comply with our business needs, changes in technology and regulatory requirements. Access to your personal data is only permitted to the service providers’ personnel, who needs the data for business reasons, or to those who need it in order to carry out their tasks.

In the event of a personal data breach, Interdent shall follow all the relevant data breach regulations.

If you have commissioned a service/product, the personal data shall be collected and processed for the conclusion and execution of the contract, i.e. the provision of ordered services/products and notification about additional details in connection with the mentioned services/products, possible changes, additional details, instructions for the use or the provision of working materials for services/products.

In the case of a subscription to the Interdent e-newsletter, your forwarded email address and name shall be processed based on the consent with a view to providing information on special offers, novelties, education and events related to Interdent.

Interdent undertakes not to sell, lend or otherwise transfer the data that you provide through websites or by any other means to third parties, except in the cases listed below and unless otherwise prescribed by the regulations.

Interdent shall only disclose your personal data to third parties under the conditions specified below; whereby it shall ensure that your personal data is processed, protected and transferred in accordance with the applicable regulations:

Outsourcers

If necessary, we shall authorize other companies and individuals to carry out certain tasks that contribute to our services. For example, we may transfer personal data to outsourcers who shall host our database, provide data processing, support services, or submit the information you requested etc. The data shall only be transmitted or made available to outsourcers to the extent required by a specific purpose. This data shall not be used for any other purpose. The outsourcers are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.

Business transfers

Data in connection with any reorganization, status conversion, sale or any other transfer of funds (commonly referred to as "business transfers") shall be transmitted to a reasonable extent and as necessary for the business transfer, provided that the receiving party undertakes to respect your personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations. We shall continue to ensure the confidentiality of all personal data and to inform the affected users before the personal data becomes the subject of another privacy policy.

Public authorities

We shall only disclose your personal data to public authorities in cases where this is required by the national legislation or European Union law, e.g. Interdent shall respond to requests from courts, law enforcement and other state authorities, which may also involve the state authorities of another EU Member State.

4. LEGITIMATE INTEREST
We use your personal data based on legitimate interest in order to detect and prevent the fraudulent use and misuse of services or subscriptions to services, in the context of ensuring the stable operation of our system and services, for the purposes of implementing information security measures, meeting service quality requirements and discovering technical system and service failures.
Based on legitimate interest, we also use your personal data for the purposes of any enforcement, judicial and extrajudicial recovery.
5. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data subject may request from Interdent access to personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data processing, and shall have the right to object to the processing and transferability of his/her personal data.

The right to be informed: You have the right to be informed of whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if that is the case, you have the right to access your personal data and the right to obtain the following information: (a) the purposes of processing; (b) the categories of personal data concerned; (c) the users or categories of users to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed; (d) the envisaged period of retention of personal data or, if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; (e) in cases when the personal data was not collected from you, all available information relating to their source.

The right to rectification: You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data relating to you and, upon taking into account the purposes of the processing, the right to supplement incomplete personal data.

The right to deletion: You have the right to have your personal data deleted when one of the following reasons applies:

(a) personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; (b) when you withdraw the consent based on which the processing is carried out and when no other legal basis exists for the processing; (c) when you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing; (d) the personal data has been processed unlawfully.

The right to restrict processing: You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data when one of the following reasons applies:

(a) when disputing the accuracy of the data, after a period to allow us to verify the accuracy of personal data; (b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose to the deletion of personal data and, instead, request a restriction on their use; (c) we no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need it to establish, enforce or defend legal claims; (d) if you have filed an objection concerning the processing based on the legitimate interests of Interdent until it is verified whether our legitimate reasons override your reasons.

Where the processing of your personal data has been restricted in accordance with the preceding paragraph, this personal data, with the exception of their storage, shall be processed only with your consent or for the establishment, enforcement or defence of legal claims or the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person.

Prior to the cancellation of your personal data processing restriction, we shall be obliged to inform you thereof.

The right to data transferability: You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, widely used and machine-readable form, and the right to forward this data to another controller if the processing is based on your consent or is carried out with automated means. At your request, when technically feasible, personal data may be transferred directly to another controller.

The right to object: You may object to the processing of your data at any time based on a legitimate interest for marketing purposes.

The right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner: If we fail to decide on your request within the legal deadline or reject your request, you have the possibility to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner.

6. ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND THE EXERCISE OF OTHER RIGHTS
As a user of the Interdent website or a buyer of Interdent d.o.o. services/products, you have the right to verify whether Interdent processes your personal data, and to access your personal data that is being stored or processed (in this case, we will forward them to you as a machine-readable PDF document). You may make a request for the correction of inaccurate personal data at any time. If you consider that there is no longer any justified reason for the further use or processing of your personal data, please inform us thereof; however, you should bear in mind that certain personal data collected under the Value Added Tax Act should not be deleted. You also have the right to restrict the use of your personal data in cases when you challenge the accuracy of personal data, believe that the processing is unlawful but do not want to delete the data, and when the personal data is no longer needed for the purpose of processing but you need them to enforce legal claims. In the case of a subscription to the e-newsletter, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

For the possible exercise of your described rights, please send us your request in writing, by e-mail to u.gradisnik@interdent.cc (Urša Gradišnik). The responsible person shall respond to your request within the prescribed period of 15 days. In the case of complexity and a greater number of requirements, the deadline may be extended by up to two months, about which you will be informed.

7. RETENTION OF DATA
Interdent shall store the personal data received from you until deregistration.
Interdent shall store data relating to purchases made pursuant to the provisions of the tax regulations (10 years after the service/purchase).
Interdent shall not delete the data it needs to provide proof that it has deleted data about the person (i.e., the audit trail), and it keeps records of persons who do not want Interdent to contact them in the future. This data includes their e-mail address, name and surname.
8. COOKIES
The Interdent website uses “cookies” – small files that are saved on your computer when you visit the site and that facilitate further website visits. With the settings in your browser, you can decide whether or not to accept "cookies".
If you do not accept cookies, some websites may not be displayed correctly, or you will not be able to access all the information or functionality of the web pages; however, the acceptance of cookies shall not constitute a requirement for using the Interdent website.

Después del envío, recibirá un correo electrónico de nuestra parte con el número de seguimiento de la publicación y podrá rastrear el estado de su pedido.
